• Handle: Black walnut wood is a durable, strong, and aesthetically pleasing hardwood primarily used for high-end furniture, cabinetry, flooring, and interior millwork due to its rich chocolate-brown color and fine, straight grain.

• Build: Blackened 1084 High Carbon Steel - Full shank construction for maximum strength.  59-61RC so they sharpen easily but hold an edge like you won't believe!
